What is the Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Transport Program?
Save Our Cats and Kittens has partnered with Blooper Animal Rescue & Transport to provide transportation to and from available low-cost clinics in Dothan AL and Panama City FL, or any other participating clinic.
SOCKS also provides transport to Saving With Soul’s Pup Stop Clinic in Baker and local appointments when available.
Grant funds from Florida Animal Friend are available now to reduce the fee to $25, when possible.

What is the cost?
The fee is non-refundable because we pay for the spot on the transport whether it is filled or not. The cost varies from clinic to clinic, but typically it is under $100 per cat, sometimes much less. Rabies vaccines are included in that fee. Other services are available at your cost.
