Community Cats Need Our Help
Our organization has been devoted to caring for community cats and kittens since our founder, Sara DeMonbrun, recognized the need in 1993. Started in her home, Save Our Cats and Kittens has found homes for thousands of animals that otherwise would have faced an uncertain future. SOCKS is also dedicated to controlling overpopulation by spaying or neutering every cat or kitten before it is adopted. In coordination with local veterinarians and other rescue animal foundations, we can provide low-cost solutions for veterinary care.
The Giving Tree
Unveiled June 27, 2018, by Save Our Cats & Kittens, Inc. founder, Sara DeMonbrun, the Giving Tree is designed to represent Sara's dreams to find homes for all neglected cats and kittens in our community. You can support that growth by growing The Giving Tree. Purchase a leaf in memoriam. You can remember or honor a person, or a pet, or have it inscribed with a brief message of support.
